We are looking for a **commercially driven Inside Sales Representative** to help grow our business by developing our distributor network and expanding relationships with end users.
This role sits at the heart of the commercial team and focuses on **generating revenue, building customer relationships, and converting opportunities into sales**. The position is primarily office-based, using phone, email, and digital channels to engage customers, supported by occasional travel for meetings, distributor visits, and trade events.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a portfolio of distributors and end-user customers
- Proactively generate sales through outbound calls, follow-ups, and commercial outreach
- Identify and develop new distributors, end users and other business partners to expand our sales network
- Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities and drive them through to order
- Build long-term customer relationships and actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain regular contact with customers to develop pipeline and repeat business
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities
- Monitor sales pipeline and actively contribute to achieving sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in the CRM system
- Work closely with logistics, production, and customer care teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Occasionally travel to customer meetings, distributor visits, or trade events to support business development
**Your Profile**
- Experience in **inside sales, account management, or business development**, ideally within manufacturing or industrial products
- Proven ability to **grow sales within an existing customer base** and develop new business opportunities
- Comfortable speaking with customers daily and building relationships over the phone
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with a strong focus on results
- Confident communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills
- Organised and capable of managing multiple customers, opportunities, and priorities
- Confident with MS Office and CRM systems (experience with **Microsoft Business Central** is an advantage)
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or commercial activities
