Your role at Dynatrace

As a Senior UX Designer in the Business Observability team, you'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our next-generation observability apps. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, data-rich interfaces that help users explore, optimize, and govern their digital business operations. 

What will help you succeed

* You're an experienced designer with a portfolio of thoughtful, impactful work to show for, preferably in enterprise SaaS or data-heavy products.  

* You gravitate towards complex problems, self-starter, and demonstrate signs of UX leadership. 

* You have experience with data visualization and workflow design and are comfortable conducting user research. You have a good eye for visual and communication design, and mastering low- and high-fidelity prototypes is mediation for you. 

* Excellent communication skills, helping people understand the rationale behind design proposals and the complex nuances of design problems.  

* You have a growth mindset and are a great team player. We authentically admire and respect each other, and we think that motivates us to do great work. 

* Passion for turning complexity into clarity. Ability to focus on high impact opportunities and utilize designs to bring structure to the vision. 

* Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and familiarity with design systems.

* Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 70.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
