YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* You actively support the team in tracking open customer complaints
with the objective of ensuring consistent and timely processing.
* Develop and create global guidelines for handling customer portals
together with us.
* You are responsible for integrating data capture forms for
customer complaints into customer contracts in coordination with the
relevant departments.
* Support the improvement and updating of goodwill policies together
with us.
* The inventory of damaged parts and the coordination of decisions
regarding their further use with other specialist departments are also
part of your responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
* You are enrolled in a degree program in mechanical engineering,
industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study and are seeking
a mandatory internship.
* You already have knowledge of the SAP ERP system and are also
proficient in MS Office applications.
* You have an interest in, and an understanding of, functional and
technical interdependencies
* You are willing to independently take responsibility for smaller
projects and work tasks with a direct connection to customer
complaints.
* An open and communicative manner in developing and coordinating
work tasks, as well as comprehension skills and a structured
way of working, are among your strengths.
* Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, as well as good
English skills are desirable.
