Join the THE NEW RETAIL Core Team and support the implementation of new digital processes and systems in collaboration with our European markets.

What awaits you?

- You contribute to the sales model transformation of the BMW Group.
- Experience a dynamic and international environment with innovative concepts, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with IT and Business teams to support the go-live plan for new markets in Europe.
- Support the planning and design of future sales channel development.
- Create analyses on current challenges and prepare insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate and document international meetings with market representatives.
- Assist the project team with go-live milestone planning and communication.

What should you bring along?

- Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- Team and communication skills.
- Structured and analytical approach to tasks.
- Interest in the interface between business administration and IT.
- Interest in sales topics and collaboration with European sales teams.
- Proficiency in German and English, and familiarity with MS Office.
- Experience with programming languages like SQL, PQL, Python.
