- First practical experience in accounting or finance is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Confident handling of MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
