### Ihre Aufgaben:

- Supporting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries via phone and in writing
- Advising on employee lifecycle processes and digital HR applications
- Recording, documenting and forwarding requests to relevant internal interfaces and specialist teams
- Working closely with internal partners and maintaining regular exchange within the team
- Handling inquiries and complaints, including research and case resolution

### Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree
- Strong customer and service orientation combined with a friendly, professional manner
- Fluent communication skills in Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
- A structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
- Team spirit and an interest in open, respectful collaboration
