**Who we are looking for**
KCI is a growing international media and events company looking for a driven and commercially minded **International Sales Representative** to join our team in Kleve.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing key accounts across our international portfolio of B2B events and media platforms. A strong focus will be on expanding our presence in **English-speaking and Middle Eastern markets**, where Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and working in an international, fast-moving environment.
**What you’ll be doing:**
- Develop new business opportunities across international B2B markets, with a focus on English speaking and Middle Eastern regions
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in industries such as flow control, Stainless steel, and process industries
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
- Grow and maintain your own client portfolio and pipeline
- Represent KCI at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, conference production)
**What we’re looking for:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (events, media, or industrial sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage for developing Middle East markets
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals
- Comfortable with outbound sales (calls, emails, online meetings)
- Independent, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Valid work permit for Germany and based in / willing to relocate to Kleve – is a must
