We are recruiting **Mandarin-speaking Online Presenters / Customer Service Representatives** for a global technology company based in **Malta**.
In this role, you will work in a professional studio environment, interacting with online users and delivering a high-quality, engaging digital experience. No previous experience is required — full training is provided.
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Present and host online interactive sessions from a live studio environment
- Engage with users in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner
- Maintain high service and presentation standards at all times
- Participate in internal initiatives and promotional activities
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
- Report any technical or operational issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment
### **Requirements**
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Fluent **Mandarin**
- Conversational **English** (B1 or above preferred)
- Willingness to work a **24/7 shift pattern** (including weekends and public holidays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
