We are looking for creative minds who have a good feel for people and want to actively shape change processes in order to create real added value with clever communication ideas.
- You work hands-on in agile projects, mainly in the areas of change management and program marketing
- You develop measures as part of a team, proactively contribute ideas and take responsibility for your own work packages at an early stage
- You support the design and implementation of change management measures and learn directly from experienced colleagues
- You prepare our sounding boards and create analyses to evaluate measures
- You bring your energy where you can make the greatest contribution with your talents and shape your own topics such as accompanying events, video shoots or best practice formats
- You actively participate in our feedback culture and continuously develop yourself through direct mentoring support
Ihr Profil:
The internship should start in April 2026 and is planned for a period of 6 months. We will be happy to coordinate the actual framework with you depending on your individual situation. The internship will be remunerated.
- At least 3rd semester studies in business administration, marketing, communication design, media design, public relations, business psychology, change management, etc.
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- First experience in the areas of change management, communication & branding would be an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity, organizational talent and a flair for appealing communication
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- A structured way of working
