Bring your personality and knowledge to the Group Real Estate Management team and design innovative solutions in the area of workplace solutions and infrastructural building management as an intern:

- Supporting strategic projects in the field of new workplace solutions, space management and infrastructural building management
- Helping to shape and further develop digitalization and innovation in modern workplace concepts
- Collaboration on the development and implementation of workplace strategies in the project portfolio in Frankfurt
- Conducting workshops and creating project documents, project presentations and business cases
- Conception and maintenance of the furniture catalog in coordination with relevant interfaces
- Supporting quality assurance in the area of space management and infrastructural building management and managing external service providers
- Ongoing development of a booking software for meeting rooms and workstations in the managed buildings

Ihr Profil:

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in the fourth semester of a Bachelor's degree course at the time of the internship.

- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a mandatory internship, you must enclose writtenproof of mandatory internship ) or the internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year)
- Studies in architecture and design, civil engineering, real estate management, project management, economics with an affinity for real estate and IT
- Pragmatic and goal-oriented way of working with a "hands-on" mentality
- Very good knowledge of MS Office apps
- Conceptual thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of working with data
- Creativity and innovative spirit
- Quick comprehension, flexible and committed
- Fluent in written & spoken English
- Team and communication skills
