Ihr Profil:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and in case of mandatory internshipproof of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or the internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Relevant experience in the area of customer experience
- Initial experience with authoring tools and in video creation and editing is an advantage
- Interest in digitization processes
- Independent, structured way of working
- Quick familiarization with unfamiliar areas of responsibility
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Reliability, sociability and hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of the common MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
