As an intern, you will support the ground handling department of an international airline, gain valuable practical experience and learn from experienced colleagues.

- You support the department in projects aimed at optimizing passenger and aircraft handling processes
- You are responsible for establishing a data foundation for internal departmental analyses
- You initiate the development of a modern, automated data landscape within the division
- You collaborate with specialist departments on process KPIs
- You support projects and working groups, acting as an interface to Ground Operations
- You provide assistance with short-term requests within day-to-day business
Ihr Profil:
- You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application), we are (preferably) looking for interns studying for a Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or business informatics
- You have analytical and conceptual thinking skills and strategic understanding
- You are a problem solver through and through and embody a hands-on mentality
- You see unfamiliar areas of responsibility as a challenge
- You enjoy finding creative solutions
- You are experienced in using MS Office applications and have advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Power BI and MS Access
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
