Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous. You will get to know different employee groups and provide independent support in day-to-day operations as well as in the conceptual and strategic area of various HR products:
- You will gain an insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
- You will support us significantly in projects and will be actively involved in HR topics from the very first minute
- You will get to know various fields of HR development and our Learning & Development offers and support their further development
- You support and shape the communicative support of our work (intranet, eBase, mailings etc.)
Ihr Profil:
- At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in a related subject area
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Good communication skills
- Initiative, motivation and creativity
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical thinking skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
