Would you like to put your theoretical knowledge of Human Resources into practice?
At Lufthansa Group Business Services we are looking for committed and motivated support for the Human Resources department in the Western Europe region.
You will have the opportunity to learn more about the entire life cycle of an employee and at the same time accompany relevant steps in HR administration.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting our HR colleagues in the day-to-day administration and support of employees and managers throughout the entire life cycle from recruitment to departure
- Issuing contracts, references and other HR documents
- Participation in operational HR management tasks and special topics, including communication, exchange and coordination with international business partners and colleagues
- Participation in HR projects and special tasks such as the digitalization of personnel files
- Preparation of evaluations and presentations
Ihr Profil:
To complete an internship with us, you must be enrolled for the entire period (min. 3rd semester) or complete the internship between your Bachelor's and Master's degree (gap year).
You should also meet the following requirements:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- You are studying economics or business administration, law, communication or political science, psychology or other comparable courses of study
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Word)
- Advanced German and English language skills
- Experience in HR management is desirable, but not essential
