For our Frankfurt Office we are looking for Internship Logistics (m/f/d) to strengthen our team as soon as possible (6 Months period).
Internship Logistics (m/f/d) Responsibilities:
* Purchase orders and the preparation of sales invoices
* Ensure and coordinate the stock quantities to be kept, including delivery order processing to the parent company, incoming and outgoing posting
* Monitor compliance with warehousing and logistics service contracts
* Support our Supply Chain Manager for the complete handling of the transport chain and logistical processes
* Support our Supply Chain Manager by the tracking of supplier contracts, checking and entering supplier invoices
* Monthly stock analysis and inventory
* Support for customer care and the handling of customer complaints
* Active participation and assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual reports and the preparation of reports and statistics
Experience Requirements / Competencies:
* Safe handling of MS Office programs
* Fluency in English language, knowledge of German or Korean is advantageous
* Customer and service-oriented attitude
* Structured, self-dependent, precise and solution-oriented way of working
