General Information
In our Program HR.SALT we are in the drivers seat transforming our HR application landscape into one SAP SuccessFactors instance worldwide. This includes several functional and cross-functional projects with team members from the entire HR and IT organization, aiming to meet the expectationsa of our stakeholders and the company.
A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available at the earliest possible time for a duration of 6 months.
Your Responsibilities
* Assisting in project scheduling, tracking milestones and maintaining documentation
* Supporting the development and maintenance of project templates and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
* Collecting and analyzing project data to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
* Preparing project status reports, ensuring stakeholder alignment
* Coordinating meetings across international teams, managing agendas and minutes
* Contributing to Change Management, Communication and Training strategy and plan
* Participating in system/module tests
Your Profile
* Studies in the field of Business Administration, IT, Communication Siences or a comparable field
* Very good English skills written and spoken
* German language skills perferable
* Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
* Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors preferable
* Eagerness and speed to learn, creativity, team spirit, excellent communication skills
