- In order to continuously optimize our selection processes, you will help us to (statistically) evaluate and analyze them
- You are proactive? That's great! You have the opportunity to support smaller projects and help us with various current tasks
- In addition to the opportunity to sit in on various assessment formats, you will have the chance to get to know the various specialist areas within the Lufthansa Group depending on your interests
Ihr Profil:
In order to complete an internship in our company, you should be at least in your third year of psychology studies at the time of your internship.
- Matriculation for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and, in the case of a compulsory internship, awritten proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Preferably completed modules in the field of work and organizational or personnel psychology, statistics, diagnostics and differential psychology
- Sure handling and enjoyment of working with digital media
- Interested in statistical analyses and experience with statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Structured approach, reliability and a high degree of initiative
