- Analyses & preparation: Research, evaluations and preparation of HR data , e.g. for management presentations
- Optional: Support with executive diagnostics topics, e.g. assessment formats or interview guidelines
Ihr Profil:
What you bring with you
- At least 4th Bachelor's semester or in the Master's program (e.g. economics, psychology, social sciences or similar), ideally related to HR/PE
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and writtenproof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's program (Gap Year)
- Interest in strategic HR work and in working with and for managers
- Structured way of working, reliability and initiative
- Ability to work in a team and a good feeling for different contact persons
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
