ABOUT THE ROLE
Internship / working student Tech tasks are related to the Engineering processes within the MTR/I Consortium. One of the missions of the team is to coordinate and set targets to the support teams in the Partner Companies in order to achieve the contracted deliverables and milestones.
REPORTS TO:
In Service Support Manager and Technical and Product Support Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop a tool for the management of Technical Studies as well as AMP/MP’s (Modifications) projects.
* Design, develop, execute and maintain a Dashboard with the activities the Technical Team is accountable for:
* Meetings
* Agenda
* Presentations
* Minutes of Meetings
* Technical reports
* Periodic KPIs
* Deliverables to the customer according to the different contracts in place.
* MEST Tool: Coordination of users’ request and implementation of support.
* Support in the review of the key processes within the Technical Community.
* Progress and execute the strategy Map for the TEAM in all forums.
* Collect, organize and optimize the Knowledge Management database.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION / SKILLS
* Engineering Degree / Master, preferably in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Team working capability, promoting collaboration.
* Customer oriented.
* Commitment with the project and the company plan.
* Fluent in English, very high level required.
* Knowledge about the use of MS Office tools is necessary.
* Knowledge about database management is appreciated.
* Python scripting knowledge (or alternative language) is valued.
* Mind Map knowledge is appreciated.
TEAM
Coordinate with PCs specialist, specially FG1, FG5 and FG1.7 groups (Engineering technical teams within the Consortium)
JOB TYPE
* Part-time / Full time, depending on candidate situation.
* For contractual reasons, the position is limited to NATO nationals and NATO-equivalent nationals
