**IT Trainer (Microsoft Technologies & Cloud Solutions)**
**Location: Flexible/Remote/OnSite**

We are an innovative IT service provider focused on consulting for medium-sized businesses and providing hands-on training for IT managers, administrators, and employees. Our goal is to empower this group with modern learning methods and a strong connection to real-world practice, enabling them to make informed decisions and effectively manage rollout, migration, administration, and application of Microsoft services, servers, cloud solutions- and products.
**Your Role:**
- Conduct seminars and workshops in the field of IT administration, particularly on Microsoft server technologies and cloud solutions (on-prem services, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365)
- Support and guide participants throughout the learning process
**Your Profile:**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Authentic and confident demeanor
- Experience as a trainer or lecturer in adult education
- Strong affinity for IT and at least five years of professional experience as an IT administrator (at least second level)
- Prior knowledge of Microsoft server, cloud technologies, and applications
- Pedagogical skills and a passion for sharing knowledge
- Independent and structured working style
**Bonus Points For:**
- Certifications in the Microsoft environment (e.g., MCT, MS-102, MD-102, SC-400, AZ-900, MS-700, etc.)
- Experience conducting seminars in-person, online (via Microsoft Teams), and in hybrid formats
- Familiarity with terms such as “Active Directory, Exchange – Exchange Online, File Services – SharePoint Online”
