- Creating reports, evaluations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders and to ensure correct billing.
- Working closely with service managers, purchasing, and the warehouse.
## Your profile:
- Vocational degree in IT or business (e.g., IT specialist, IT support, industrial/office clerk).
- Structured, careful, and process-oriented approach to work.
- High level of customer and service orientation, confident conduct.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
- Interest in hardware components, IT environments, and tools is desirable.
- Good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English for documentation and communication.
