- You will act as a liaison between IT and the business, ensuring that IT initiatives align with business objectives and effectively translating business needs into IT solutions.
- You will be part of the extended management team(s) of the Heraeus OpCo’s, interacting with senior business leaders.
- You will play a crucial role in enhancing the business value contribution of Heraeus IT by delivering our IT Strategy 2030, with a strong focus on strategic and value-oriented business and IT alignment.
- Effective business stakeholder management is key to success; you establish yourself as the OpCo’s trusted advisor for both digitalization and IT matters.
- You will aim for close alignment with your counterparts at Heraeus IT and within the OpCo, ensuring a solid understanding of business goals and IT execution according to business priorities.
- You will manage the OpCo’s IT budget, ensuring consistent value generation from key platforms and programs, and personally managing strategically relevant projects.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will regularly travel to our Heraeus locations worldwide.
**Your Profile: **
- You bring in 5+ years of work experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You are a business-minded IT professional with a strong understanding of how IT can drive business value.
- Essential methods for the role such as enterprise architecture, project execution, communication, presentation skills and change management are part of your toolbox.
- You are excited to contribute your ideas and perspectives in an international and interdisciplinary context.
- You can align technology solutions with business objectives, promote projects, and lead teams.
- You are experienced in international projects or in an international working environment.
- You can balance long-term strategic view with short/mid-term operational necessities.
- Fluent in English and German in spoken and written.
