## We are looking for a

IT Operations Specialist (Application Support)

(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Verl, or Baden-Baden – hydrid working conditions available.

## What will be your challenge in the role:

- Operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations)
- Handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution time
- Ensure the availability of critical applications and components
- Report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment
- Support debugging at source-code level and contribute to testing activities
- Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support the further development of our applications

## What you need to succeed in the role:

- You have a degree in business informatics, information technology, or equivalent
- You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Azure, C\#)
- You're a team player, result-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges
- You know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders, and you speak English fluently
- You are curious, self-driven, and willing to grow with the team and the company
