Your mission at RBI:

* Enable the teams to improve self-management, efficiency and productivity
* Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
* Coach and support the Product Owners in planning and prioritizing demands in the central backlog
Your core competencies:
* Work experience as Scrum Master in large international environments
* Feel comfortable in handling various stakeholders from technical and non-technical side also in stressful and demanding situations
* Profound understanding and experience in agile methods, lean fundamentals and in facilitation of scrum ceremonies and meetings
* Experience in product discovery and agile scaling methods is a plus
* Sound knowledge of Jira, Confluence
* People and communication skills to establish and improve the team setup
* Candidates should be resilient and capable of managing sensitivities under demanding circumstances and see themselves as a change agent
* Sound English skills to collaborate in an international setup, German skills are an advantage
