Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

* Facilitate and coach your Scrum team through ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Remove blockers so your team can deliver their best work
* Champion collaboration, trust, and agile thinking in everything you do
* Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep everyone moving in the same direction
* Ensure transparency and steady communication within and beyond your team
* Track progress, celebrate success, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

* Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
* Strong communication and coaching skills with a knack for building trust
* Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent) certification is a big plus
* Organized, proactive, and always ready to help others stay focused
* A passion for agile values, teamwork, and delivering meaningful results
* Fluent in English; German is a bonus

We offer a minimum gross salary of €3.175,-/month on full time basis ¿ more may be possible depending on experience.
