For the expansion of our Global IT-Support Team in **BURBACH**, we are looking for a
# IT Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)
Your Tasks:
- Manage system operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
- Optimize continual service and review incident and problem data for trends and recurrence of issues
- Control and manage the existing SLA with related KPI´s for service delivery
- Coordinate and support the implementation of service management and reporting tools
- Target group oriented communication and information management
Your Profile:
- IT related education and minimum of 3 years professional experience in enterprise companies
- ITIL expert, idealwise with certification
- Experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements
- Solid knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS, MS Active Directory, ITSM / MS MOF and project management
- Intercultural competence and strong social skills
- Good communication, collaboration, presentation skills
- Communications skills in English
