## Key job responsibilities
This position involves:
- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
- Working rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment
- On-call rotation reaction to off-duty emergency calls
A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of technical detective work and precision engineering. You'll dive into complex infrastructure challenges, diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues with expert skill. From troubleshooting intricate technical problems to ensuring seamless data center operations, every moment is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

## Basic Qualifications
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician/IT specialist or equivalent training or job-related experience
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Linux and Networking protocols, or experience in Linux OS and network troubleshooting and experience in Network protocols like DNS/DHCP/TCP
