can you expect? You are the main security escalation point for our
customers and our 1st-level support team You troubleshoot and resolve
complex security-related issues, especially around ML-based security
solutions You provide solution-oriented support for cloud
environments, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace You run
security audits and compliance checks and guide customers on
implementing best practices You help improve and automate security and
support processes across IT Ops What should you bring along? You have
completed an IT apprenticeship or have equivalent experience as a
system administrator, ideally with a focus on IT security You have
hands-on experience with MDM systems, including security policies,
application control, and conditional access You possess a strong
understanding of securing Windows environments and cloud security,
such as Conditional Access, DLP, Sentinel, and STIGs Nice to have: you
have exposure to SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, or frameworks like ISO 27001 or
BSI Grundschutz You are customer-focused, patient, and committed to a
security-first mindset You are hands-on, proactive, and
solution-driven in your daily work and fluent in English (C1) What do
