**Job Description**

- Build a strong understanding around the **business products, processes and data sources**
- Identify **business relevant ML use cases**: running pilots, implementation in production, subsequent monitoring (e.g. for drift) and ideating additional data requirements
- **Develop and deploy Generative AI applications**, including building AI Agents and Agentic Networks
- Ensure that solutions developed have **measurable business impact**, are scalable and can be adapted to needs of different products / functions
- **Optimization of ML models and existing data pipelines** for performance, ensuring model version control and experiment control
- **Manage Code Repositories using version control systems** like Bitbucket/Git to maintain code quality and collaborative workflows
- Stay updated with the advancements in the field of Data Science and determine their application

**Qualifications**

- Successfully **completed degree** (e.g. data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar)
- Around **1-2 years of professional experience** in the field of data science
- Experience translating domain knowledge into ML Projects and develop **end-to-end ML pipelines**
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with **AI Agents, RAGs, LLM fine-tuning**, and using frameworks such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and AI tools.
- Coding knowledge in **Python and SQL**
- **Sound understanding of concepts and algorithms in the field of ML**, both traditional and advanced
- Experience in **version control systems** (e. g. Git/Bitbucket)
- Experience in **developing classical and neural network-based recommendation systems** is a plus
- Familiarity with orchestrating pipeline workflows using **MLFlow or Kubeflow** is an added advantage
- Knowledge of **Tableau and A/B testing** is a plus
