**Your tasks**

- Providing Chat-support
- Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
- Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
- Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company
- Creating tickets for hardware requests
- Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets
- Routing tickets to other support teams
- Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner
