## Main Responsibilities:

## Technical engineer for Radio Access Networks

- Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of E2E delivery solution for our products and services within the domain of RAN Network technologies, providing onsite or remote support ensuring a successful project delivery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on the network using various tools, such as Network Management Systems (NMS)
- Responsible for the maintenance of the product for our customers, lead problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Primary interface and point of reference for the customer’s technical and engineering staff inquiries and follow-up

## Requirements:

- Recent Graduate Student with Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering with focus on Telecommunication or similar ICT-related field of studies
- General understanding, e.g., through internships, in wireless networks planning, deployment and/or integration
- Ability to work in an international business environment
- Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

## Language requirements:

Fluent in both German and English (C1-C2 Level) mandatory
