We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our Asset Manager or Owner Solutions Team. This role will support client acquisition across the DACH region by working with asset owners and asset managers to design tailored fund solutions.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Assist in executing the sales strategy and support sales growth across institutional and asset manager clients in the DACH region.
• Proactively identify potential new clients and support the management and expansion of the sales pipeline.
• Help build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at target clients and key business partners.
• Participate in client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the management of RfP and due diligence processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to fund launches, including assisting in contract negotiations and coordination across internal teams and service providers.
• Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and professional associations as needed.
Your skills and experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales related to ManCo/KVG, fund administration, custody, or asset management services.
• Familiarity with managing sales processes, particularly RfPs.
• Understanding of asset managers or institutional clients in the DACH region is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the asset management and servicing value chain, covering various asset classes and fund structures.
• Results-driven mindset with a structured and proactive working style.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-focused orientation.
• Initiative, adaptability, and a collaborative approach, with a willingness to travel.
• University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and good English (B2/C1 level), both written and spoken.
