• Support and further develop existing customer relationships from our German office in Münster combined with frequent travel to customers in Eastern Europe and the Balkan region
• Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships
• Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings
• Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement
• Market and competitor analysis
• Participation in national and international trade fairs
• Close cooperation with the product management and marketing team
• Preparation of reports for sales management

Your profile
• First experience in international sales or an interest in technical products is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
• Additional languages from Eastern Europe or the Balkan region are considered a plus
• Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
• Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
• Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward
