For our Istanbul office, we are seeking a Junior Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships in Life & Healthcare and chemical-related businesses.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage the sales process from quotation to delivery and develop existing customers while acquiring new business partners
• Serve as the main contact for suppliers and clients, coordinating with the global Nagase Group
• Identify new business opportunities, including in emerging markets
• Focus on Life & Healthcare industries (Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, Agriculture) and support chemical-related businesses (Plastics, Paints, Resins)
• Handle pharmaceutical raw materials and ensure import/export compliance
• Drive product development projects with international suppliers and clients
Your profile • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Business
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Life & Healthcare; experience with pharmaceutical raw materials and international business is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Turkish; proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Basic knowledge of GMP/GDP regulations is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and liaise between manufacturers and clients
• Strong communication, intercultural collaboration, responsibility, and reliability
