What you'll do
* Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts,acting as the primary technical point of contact.
* Priority Alignment: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities formarket penetrations and defenses.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes,ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.
* Product Demonstrations: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcasethecapabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
* Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuousimprovementand innovation in our products and services.
* Training and Education: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams toenhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teamsto align customer needs with company objectives.
Who we're looking for
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics,Engineering or arelated field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 6 years with a Masters degree or 3 years with a PhD.
* Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
* Travel: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
What We're Offering
This position will be occupied in Villach. It is subject to the https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable dependingon expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. WORKING HOURS
* Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
