AGRAYA GmbH, based in Cologne, Germany, is the umbrella company behind the GLOBALG.A.P. and GGN label brands. Our goal is to redefine global agriculture as a force for equitable prosperity, ecological resilience, and human dignity—where farmers of every scale thrive as empowered partners in shaping a sustainable future.
We are looking for multiple Key Account Managers (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
## What you will do:
- Ensure a coherent, tailored approach to stakeholder engagement that strengthens trust and aligns with strategic goals in regions and markets
- Build a strong value-based relationship with strategic partners
- Ensure that client expectations are aligned with internal delivery
- Ensure the timely and accurate internal communication of stakeholder insights to enable data-driven decision-making
## What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of business administration, agriculture, sustainability; or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food supply chains and retailers
- Ability to travel internationally
- Proficiency in English and German
