About the Role:

As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a highly ambitious

Key Account Manager (KAM) (m/f/d)

to join our team in Hamburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to grow alongside a company with big ambitions.

This is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to our newly promoted and forward-thinking Head of Key Account Management. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our international distribution partners across approximately 30 countries.

Hamburg Permanent position fulltime

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage and strengthen relationships with international distribution partners (not direct sales)
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring mutual success and compliance
* Collaborate with partners across various cultures, adapting communication and approach accordingly
* Occasionally travel to meet partners and support relationship development
* Handle the details and complexity of partner contracts and commercial agreements
* Operate with autonomy while working closely with the Head of Key Account Management to deliver strategic outcomes


What We’re Looking For:

* Advanced degree in natural sciences or a comparable scientific qualification
* Several years of senior-level experience in global key account management for prescription pharmaceutical products, with a strong emphasis on neurology
* Proven track record in leading high-value, cross-border negotiations and successfully structuring, negotiating, and executing complex licensing and distribution agreements across multiple legal jurisdictions
* Full-time residence in Hamburg (required)
* Fluency in both German and English (required)
* A resilient, agile mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and contributing to building scalable processes
* Strong negotiation skills and confidence in managing international stakeholders
* Enjoys working independently but thrives within a collaborative and growing team
