A qualified early childhood educator or pedagogical assistant (training completed or in progress)
A native English speaker or highly proficient in English
Motivated to support children aged 0.5 - 6 years in their holistic development
Enjoy working in an international, innovative team
Ideally proficient in German (B2 or higher)
Passionate about creative, STEAM-based learning
Please note: If your qualification was completed outside Austria, it must be officially recognized (nostrified) by the Education Directorate of Upper Austria before it can be accepted for pedagogical work in this region.
How you could imagine your future role:
Designing and continuously developing child-centered educational experiences
Supporting social, emotional, linguistic and motor development
Participating in STEAM projects and preparing professional documentation
Appreciative collaboration with families, team members and colleagues
Optional: flexible support across groups to strengthen the team's work

º Due to legal requirements, we are obliged to indicate the minimum salary:
For educators: € 3,321.60 gross/month (40 h/week)
For assistants: € 2,558.74 gross/month + € 169.40 gross supplement (40 h/week)
Final salary depends on relevant experience and credited service years.
According to legal regulations, employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave. In addition, there is a right to 10 extra pedagogical planning and preparation days per year for a standard 5-day workweek.
