* Align rewards & challenge planning with international subsidiaries and the International Retail Training Manager
* Oversee video content production with external partners-from storyline to editing
* Promote our Academy with impactful tools and assets for internal and external communication
* Continuously improve processes and support global training initiatives
ANFORDERUNGEN
* A degree in Business, Communications, E-Learning, Marketing, or a comparable field
* 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in communication or a related field
* Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, German and Spanish or French
* Experience in online community management, learner engagement, or social media/content moderation
* A proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to engage diverse audiences
For this position, we offer, in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry, an annual gross salary of at least EUR 47.546,96, with a willingness to offer higher pay depending on professional experience and qualifications.
