We are looking for a \*\*Lead Product Development (m/f/d)\*\* working 39h/week to start immediately.
## What you will do:
- Lead and strengthen the Product Development department by fostering collaboration, innovation, capability development, and continuous improvement
- Develop, oversee, and continuously improve product development processes to deliver effective, scalable, and market-relevant products and solutions
- Oversee learning solutions, product adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities to support capability building and business objectives
- Ensure effective collaboration with technical stakeholders, working groups, committees, and industry experts to align products and solutions with evolving market and industry needs
- Drive innovation by leveraging market intelligence, stakeholder insights, emerging technologies, and data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance products and solutions
## What we are looking for:
- Degree in the field of Agriculture, Sustainability or equivalent
- Min. 10 years of experience in Agricultural production with a technical background as well as min. 5 years of experience in managing employees
- Experience in working with industry standards, technical requirements, and customer-driven product development
- Strategic thinker to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
