As a Learning Administrator, you ensure that training courses take place successfully. You will coordinate and manage all administrative and organizational aspects of presence and virtual trainings, working closely with internal teams and customers.
Your organizational talent and your eye for detail ensure that logistics, communication and systems interact optimally - and that training courses are implemented professionally, efficiently and smoothly.
The position is intended to be full-time and offers a hybrid working model. For good cooperation and coordination, a regular, but small presence at the Munich site is desirable.
**Your tasks**
- Support in annual training and capacity planning for the customer
- Coordination of external service providers, e.g. training institutes
- General administrative activities in the learning management system (LMS)
- Digital sending of invitation links, training documents and technical information for virtual trainings
- Management and reservation of training and event rooms in the internal room booking system
- Organize and maintain attendee management, including invitations, reminders, changes, and cancellations
- Documentation, recording and archiving of participant attendance as well as recording of actual costs incurred
- Acceptance and forwarding of telephone, email and on-site inquiries
- Organization of the preparation and follow-up of the training rooms, trainings and events

**What we want**
Ideally, you have commercial training or comparable practical experience and have already worked in an administrative or organizational environment - for example in the office, training or in the tourism sector.
Proven strength to master tasks in a structured, efficient and reliable manner even under time pressure
Digital competence: Confident handling of IT systems, especially MS365
Language skills: German at native speaker level or at least C level as well as good written and spoken English skills
