- Plan and execute user trainings (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP GTS)
- Execute tests (e.g. in case of project rollout or implementation of additional / new features within SAP GTS)
- Write user tutorials e.g. for new features within SAP GTS
- Support best practice sharing within customs and export control processes
Qualifikation
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Independent working style with excellent coordination and integration capabilities, combined with
- assertiveness
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
- Ability to remain calm and perform effectively under high workload and pressure
