Your Profile
* You bring real-world programming experience that allows you to shape a curriculum aligned with industry needs and best practices.
* You have solid experience in web development, with technologies such as HTML & CSS, JavaScript, Angular, PHP, SQL, React, ...
* Strong knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
* Certification: minimum ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) (required)
* Practical experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, or similar
* Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred)
* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* You're a clear communicator with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
* You are self-driven and proactive, thriving on taking initiative, managing your own workload, and moving projects forward without constant supervision.
* You're an independent problem-solver who thinks critically, makes informed decisions, and knows when to reach out for support.
* You value collaboration and aren't afraid to ask questions, seek feedback, and share ideas to improve both your work and our programs.

* Your salary is based on the Austrian IT collective labour agreement, depending on your previous work experience (starting 2.420 gross/month, 14 times/year)
