Your Qualifications
* Background in Internal Communication, Employee Communications, or a related field
* Extensive experience in defining, driving, and implementing change initiatives in different communication formats within complex environments
* Strong project management skills, ability to structure complex workstreams, maintain timelines, manage dependencies, and drive execution
* Hands-on mindset with ability to influence without formal authority, and drive adoption of new processes or ways of working
* Affinity for digital tools and AI technologies - comfortable exploring innovative solutions and using AI to enhance communication and change strategies
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
Your Perspective
Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary (Full-time Basis) of at least 3.500 EUR is expected. The final salary agreement will be reached in a personal interview.
