* Contribute to digital learning formats and support community management
* Contribute to the improvement and standardization of learning and team processes (e.g., templates, workflow simplification, documentation)
* Handle ongoing administrative and organizational tasks within the department
Your Background
* Ongoing (FH/Uni) studies with an economic focus and interest in personnel development topics
* Enjoyment of teamwork, showing commitment and resilience, and characterized by strong communication skills
* Digitally savvy and open to agile working methods where you can demonstrate creativity, structure, and a sense of responsibility
* Quick learner, enjoys trying new things, and can complete tasks independently
