Job Responsibilities
* Manage the entire recruiting life cycle:
** Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives
** Source local as well as international candidates
** Prescreen incoming applications
** Complete phone screens
** Organize interviews (virtual and/or on-site)
** Guide both the managers and the candidates through an efficient recruiting process that keeps the candidates and the manager engaged and satisfied
** Track all candidates through the candidate tracking system
* Use sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for recruited positions
* Provide frequent updates on status of different recruiting initiatives to Human Resources and Managers
* Support onboarding and assimilation of new hires
* Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs at schools/universities
Minimum Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
* Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
* Demonstrated success generating candidates through direct sourcing methods
* Experience in recruiting technical positions (local and international) preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
* Ability to successfully manage competing priorities with high attention to detail, completing tasks quickly and accurately
* Strong team orientation and customer focus
The candidate will be hired through a third-party employment agency.
What We're Offering
