Model Governance
* Contribute to groupwide governance framework and ensure regulatory compliant model lifecycle processes-wide governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliant model lifecycle processes
* Monitor policy coherence, track key lifecycle activities, and support reporting (e.g., Model Risk Management)
* Provide organizational support for complex modelling activities when required
Model Implementation
* Define and enhance the framework for smooth groupwide model implementation
* Oversee and support end-to-end implementation of model changes incl. governance, requirements, communication, and stakeholder alignment to end implementation of model changes incl. governance, requirements, communication, and stakeholder alignment
Your Background
* Strong understanding of credit risk models, rating processes and implementation as well as relevant regulations (several years working experience)
* Experience with SQL, Tableau, Jira, Confluence and project management are of advantage
* Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style. oriented working style
* Strong communication and organizational skills; team-oriented mindset. oriented mindset
* Fluent in English; SQL/Tableau/JIRA/Confluence and PM experience beneficial
