As a global provider of intelligent automation solutions for smart homes and commercial buildings, we are continuously expanding into new international markets. To further drive our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for the AMEA region (Africa, Middle East & Asia). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and successfully positioning our technology in additional markets. If you bring in-depth knowledge of these regions and a passion for driving sustainable growth from the ground up - we want to hear from you.
Your tasks:
* Drive Loxone's entry into flagship projects in the UAE market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and key contractors.
* Ensure Loxone solutions are specified in designs, pre-qualification lists, and tender documents.
* Deliver consultant presentations, demo sessions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to create awareness.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
* Collaborate with system integrators/partners to secure project wins and ensure proper execution.
* Identify and onboard key integrators into the Loxone Partner Program.
* Gather market intelligence (projects, competitors, regulations) and feedback to report to HQ.
* Position Loxone as a premium alternative to KNX/other automation solutions in the region.
Your profile:
* Proven experience in smart building, BMS, lighting control, ELV, or automation.
* Existing relationships with UAE consultants and developers.
* Deep understanding of the UAE construction and tendering ecosystem.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently, drive results, and coordinate with HQ.
* Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
* Based in UAE, with willingness to travel within the ME region.
* Willing to relocate temporarily to Austria for onboarding.
