- Coordinate warehouse processes and workflows
- Act as communication link between departments
- Manage workforce planning and staffing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high operational standards
Your profile:
- Supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments
- Flexibility for shift work
- German or English proficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
