Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Logistics Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-impact logistics projects aimed at the continuous improvement and standardization of 10 global warehouses, transportation networks, and repair activities
- Drive the physical transformation of sites by managing space development, layout optimization, and material flow design
- Implement modern solutions by overseeing the selection and introduction of best-in-class storage systems, transportation technologies, and material handling equipment
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Administration or comparable
- Work experience in Project Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and improving warehouse material flows, storage systems, and material handling equipment
- Proven success leading cross-functional and transnational project teams within a complex matrix organization
- Expertise in end-to-end project management, from initiation and planning through to monitoring, control, and closing
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (worldwide)
